public static class RespawnSystems.ReenableVoiceOnRespawn extends RespawnSystems.OnRespawnSystemRe-enables voice chat for the player on respawn. Unsets the silenced flag on the VoicePlayerState, sends updated voice configuration, and schedules an immediate position update for proximity-based voice.
