public class FertilizeSoilInteraction extends SimpleBlockInteraction

Sets the fertilized flag on a TilledSoilBlock component. If the target block is a crop (has FarmingBlock), looks one block below for the soil instead. Enables ticking on both the soil and crop positions after fertilizing.
